Tracking and address issues
When tracking is available, we send tracking details to the email used at checkout. Please check the shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact support@formday.net as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, address changes may not be possible.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel appears lost, arrives damaged, or tracking shows an issue, contact support@formday.net with your order number and photos where relevant. We will review the carrier record and help resolve the shipment.
